How do I make an order?

Ordering in Ônne is really simple and fun. After loving one or many of our products please select your size and add it to your cart. You can check your cart anytime during your time in our store by tapping in the cart icon. You can continue shopping after adding a product to your cart or you can proceed to pay.

 

How do I pay?

Once you have all the products you want to shop in your cart tap on Checkout. Please tap in all the information for your personal account and paying and shipping method. You can add a discount code if you have it too!

I have proceed an order but did not get a confirmation mail.

It can take a couple hours for the email to be in your inbox. Don´t hesitate! Please check your spam folders just in case it is there. If you still don’t get it please text us via the chat online and we will help you immediately by checking that your order is OK and everything is working fluently.

 

I am not sure my order was proceeded.

If after two hours you don´t get your confirmation email and the order does not appear in your account as a previous order please use the chat online to contact us or send an email to info@onneswimwear.com.

 

Can I make changes or cancel my order?

Once you have proceed your order you have one hour to make changes. Our orders get ready really fast to be shipped as soon as we can. Send an email to info@onneswiwmear.com and add URGENT ORDER CHANGE if you need to make a change so that we can block it and help you change it.

 

If you want to cancel an order definitely it has to be done in within an hour after being made. Ônne does not give back cash. A Ônne card will be created with the value spent to be used in another order whenever you want to.

 

How do I know my size?

In every product you can find a reference table of sizes. PLEASE BE AWARE SIZES ARE SMALL. Check the size charts in the footer for help or text via the chat online and we will be happy to help you choose the best size for your body!

Why should I have an account with Ônne?

Creating an account with us will let you buy, control your cart and recibe juicy mails about promos or restocking. Becoming part of the #ONNESQUAD is a good decision :)

 

What if the product that I want is out of stock?

Our products get out of stock really easily. Don´t worry! We restock frequently. If you want to know when please sign to our newsletter to be notified and follow us on Instagram.

 

Can I change products I bought on sale?

Ônne DOES NOT CHANGE SALES PRODUCTS. If you don´t want to change it for another product we will create a card with the value spent for next orders.
