How do I place an order?

Ordering at ÔNNE is really simple and fun. After falling in love with one or more of our items, select your size and add them to your basket. You can consult your basket at any time during the purchase by clicking on the basket icon. You can also continue shopping after adding the item or you can continue with the payment methods.

How do I make payment?

Once you have added all the products you wish to buy to your basket, click on the Pay button. Fill in your personal information, payment details and shipping address in your personal account - you can also enter a discount code if you have one!

I have placed an order but have not received a confirmation email.

It can take up to a couple of hours for the email to reach your inbox. Check your junk mail folder in case it's there. If you still don't receive it, send us a text message via online chat. We will help you immediately and inform you about the situation with your order.

I'm not sure my order has been processed.

If after two hours you have not received the confirmation email and the order does not appear in your account as a previous order, please write to us in the online chat or send an email to info@onneswimwear.com.

Can I make changes or cancel my order?

Once you have placed your order, you have one hour to make the changes. Our products are prepared very quickly to be sent as soon as possible. Send an email to info@onneswimwear.com and specify: URGENT ORDER CHANGE; then we can stop the preparation of the order and make the change.

If you would like to cancel an order, you should do so within one hour of the order. ÔNNE does not refund the amount. We make you a card with the value you have spent and you can use it in another order whenever you want.

What's my size?

In each product you can find a reference table with the measurements. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SIZES ARE SMALL. Consult the size charts or send the message or us through the online chat to info@onneswimwear.com. We will be happy to help you choose the best size for you!

Why should I have an account with ÔNNE?

Creating an account with us makes it easier for you to shop, check your basket and receive emails about promotions or restocking. Being part of #ONNESQUAD is a good decision :)

What if the product I want is out of stock?

Our products sell out very quickly. Don't worry! We supply often. If you want to be informed about product availability, you should have an account with us and follow us on Instagram.

Can I change the products I bought on sale?

ÔNNE DOES NOT ACCEPT CHANGES IN SALES. If you do not want to exchange it for another product, we will make you a card for the value you have spent for your next purchases.
